Welcome To The Blum Family Cabin!
(we call it "Bearadise")

Cabin neighborhood description:
- Cabin located in the Lakemont Pines Community of Arnold.
- Private members only lake, beach, lodge and summer recreational activities.
- We're above the extreme heat in the summer and below the heavy snow in the winter!
- Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by forest. Cabin on 1/2 acre lot.

Cabin accommodations:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Cabin sleeps 8 comfortably (10 if both bunkbed doubles are used).
- 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo, and the master bath has a shower.
- Heating is forced air/gas throughout; woodburning fireplace in the living room as well.
- Overhead ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room.
- All electric kitchen is well-equipped, with dishwasher and microwave.
- Laundry-room with full-size washer/dryer.
- TV in living room has basic cable and DVD/VHS video player.
- "Bunkbed" bedroom TV has basic cable, DVD/VHS video player & a Playstation I system.

Outside:
- Short 3 minute walk from our cabin to Stanislaus National Forest trail system.
- 10 minute walk from our cabin to our private lake and beach
- Large, wraparound deck has a picnic table, table/umbrellas, and charcoal BBQ.
- Level access to a large circular driveway

Near-by activities!! So much to do (within a 30 min drive!)
- Caverns, golfing, fishing, biking, kayaking, hiking, wine-tasting, tons of activities!
- Minutes off of Highway 4. Easy 15 minute drive to Big Trees State Park.
- A short drive to the Stanislaus River, numerous beautiful lakes and wilderness areas
- Less than 3 hours from San Jose!
- Minutes from groceries, sporting goods stores/ski rentals, pizza & more...
- 30-40 minute drive to Bear Valley Ski Resort (Kept well-plowed in Winter!)
